The objective of Girls ROCK is to pique the interest of grade school and high school girls, by engaging in hands-on-projects including product design, manufacturing and robotics, in pursuing a college degree in a science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) discipline. Also teaching manners, poise to young girls and overall empowerment of confidence and social skills.
The objective of Boys II Men is to pique the interest of grade school and high school boys, by engaging in hands-on-projects including product design, manufacturing and robotics, in pursuing a college degree in a science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) discipline. Also teaching manners, chivalry to young boys and overall empowerment of confidence and social skills.
Participants will enjoy fun-filled, hands-on activities and problem-solving brainteasers that will stimulate increased knowledge and enhance skills in science, technology, engineering, and math!
